Step into a dynamic school environment and support students with special needs as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in a full-time, onsite contract role near Bossier City, LA. This opportunity spans the academic year from mid-September 2026 through mid-May 2027, providing the chance to make a measurable impact every day. You will be instrumental in delivering evidence-based ABA therapies to students while closely collaborating with a supervising BCBA, arranged through the agency, to ensure fidelity of interventions and consistent professional guidance.

Key Qualifications:

• Must hold an active and current RBT certification
• Demonstrated experience or training in school-based ABA interventions preferred
• Understanding of data collection, behavioral intervention implementation, and progress monitoring
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with educators, therapists, and families
• Reliable, punctual, and adaptable with a positive, student-centered approach

Responsibilities:

• Implement individualized behavioral intervention plans under BCBA supervision
• Collect and maintain accurate data on student progress and behavior
• Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to promote positive student outcomes
• Participate in team meetings and professional development as required
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in all interactions with students
