Equity Roofing is based in Goshen, IN; must have the ability to travel within 1.5 hours of Goshen, IN

Job Overview:

The Estimating and Design Consultant is a key member of the Equity Roofing sales team and serves as the main point of contact for homeowners interested in roofing and exterior solutions. This role includes running pre-set appointments, conducting roof inspections, educating homeowners on their options, and presenting clear, solution-based proposals. Consultants are supported with ongoing training, pre-qualified leads, and company-provided equipment.

This is a high-energy, people-focused role best suited for individuals with strong communication skills, competitive drive, and a desire to grow professionally and financially.

$50,000 base plus commission

• Conduct pre-scheduled, pre-qualified in-home appointments

• Complete detailed roof and exterior inspections using company tools

• Present proposals, product options, and financing solutions

• Educate homeowners and guide them through the decision-making process

• Follow up on open estimates and maintain strong communication

• Use CRM, CompanyCam, Arrivy, and EagleView as part of the workflow

• Achieve monthly sales goals and maintain required activity levels

• Participate in ongoing sales meetings, training, and coaching

• Represent Equity Roofing with professionalism, integrity, and care

• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills

• Goal-driven, self-motivated, and competitive mindset

• Valid driver’s license

• Ability to work some evenings (Saturday appointments optional)

• Comfortable using tablets, mobile apps, and cloud-based systems

• Coachable and able to follow company sales systems

• Experience in sales, roofing, or home improvement is a plus but not required
