RN Program Director - Child & Special Needs Unit

Westborough-Behaviora is looking for a Program Director to oversee the Child and Special Needs Unit. This full-time role involves leading a multidisciplinary team to support the behavioral development of children while ensuring compliance with care and regulatory requirements. The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, a valid RN license, and at least two years of managerial experience in a therapeutic setting.
