Job Description Title: Interventional Radiology Technologist Job Type: Permanent / Direct Hire Setting: Hospital - Radiology Location: Kansas City, KS Schedule: Full-time 4x10s, 8am-6:30pm or 7:30am-6pm, varied on-calls Pay: Competitive hourly rate that increases with experience, plus a full benefits package to include health insurance, PTO, 401k, education reimbursement, and more! Duties: Assist in the performance of diagnostic, interventional and therapeutic radiologic and ultrasonic guided imaging procedures Assist during physician supervised procedures with proper sterile preparation of patient access areas, procedure trays and miscellaneous supplies and devices used during the procedure Perform radiologic diagnostic imaging procedures incorporating access techniques developed for specific vascular (arterial and venous), spinal, neurological and general chest, abdomen, pelvis and extremity locations Follow all organizational policies in regard to mandatory educational assignments, confidentiality, HIPAA and maintaining a safe and protected work environment Requirements: Graduate of an accredited Radiology Technologist Program Kansas state licensed as a Rad Tech, required upon hire or within 90 days of hire ARRT(R) required, VI registration obtained within 3 years, and BLS 1 year of broad interventional exposure preferred but not required Open to considering experienced Rad Techs and new graduates – IR training provided #J-18808-Ljbffr
