Sewing Specialist

Position Summary Operate and tend sewing machines in order to perform garment sewing operations. Manual fabrication of standard and custom product. Primary Responsibilities: Fabricate standard and custom garments. Operate and troubleshoot sewing machines Adjust, modify and steam finished garments for precision. Examine and inspect finished product to ensure quality standards are met. Maintain sewing machines and work area Qualifications: Experience with sewing machinery is preferred. Experience in patternmaking with preferred. Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office) Good communication/teamwork skills Basic math skills Physical Demands: Able to lift up to 30 lbs.
