Responsibilities Deliver outstanding customer service with every guest interaction. Lead, coach, and support team members throughout each shift. Ensure sandwiches are prepared quickly, accurately, and according to Jimmy John's standards. Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe restaurant environment. Assist with scheduling, shift management, inventory, and daily restaurant operations. Help build a positive, productive, and team-oriented workplace culture. Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety, and operational procedures. Qualifications Positive attitude and strong work ethic. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Ability to multitask and perform well in a fast-paced environment. Restaurant or supervisory experience is preferred but not required—we're happy to train the right candidate.
