We are growing and looking for individuals in customer service /account management opportunities.
- Requirements:
Insurance or similar industry experience preferred
Excellent communication and ability to listen to client concerns
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Work and general computer software
Ability to maintain synergy in a small group environment
Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Duties Include but not limited to:
Agency book of business management
Assisting office staff in maintaining/procuring opportunities within client base
Keep clients needs in focus with their insurance needs.
Flexible schedule available for those attending school, etc.
Generous Bonus/Commission structure on new and selected renewal business.
$500 signing bonus if active 220/440 insurance license with prior insurance agency experience.
Previous insurance or related industry experience needed. Training will be given in First Solution Insurance business processes.
