Pay Range: $44.15 – $66.25 Position Title: Atrium Health Mercy Clinical Supervisor Med/Surg Renal Unit Where You Will Work: 3 North is a 31‑bed Medical‑Surgical unit that specializes in treatment of new onset medical conditions and continuum of care for a diverse population of adult patients. Common medical conditions addressed include pancreatitis, diabetes, sickle cell, gastrointestinal issues, pneumonia, COPD, substance abuse, psychiatric challenges, and other general medical issues. Compensation: Base compensation listed within the pay range based on qualifications, skills, relevant experience, and/or training. Responsibilities: Responsible for the direct provision of patient care and for assisting the manager with daily operations to include but not limited to coordination of patient care/outcomes, allocation of human and fiscal resources, communications, patient throughput, program development and oversight, patient, physician and employee rounding, selection, development, and retention of staff, clinical supervision and performance appraisal, performance improvement activities, service recovery and compliance with regulatory agency requirements.
