We are a recognized leader in high-quality medical interpretation, providing seamless Over-the-Phone Interpretation (OPI) and Video Remote Interpretation (VRI) services that bridge vital communication gaps in the global healthcare sector.

We are seeking skilled, highly motivated Mandarin Interpreters to join our 100% remote team. Initially focused on OPI, this role offers a clear pathway to advance into VRI. You will be responsible for providing accurate, consecutive interpretation primarily in medical settings, as well as facilitating crucial communication in social services and financial contexts.

Qualifications & Experience

• Experience: 6 months to 1 year minimum of professional experience in remote medical interpretation.
• English Proficiency: Minimum C1 fluency. We accept valid certifications from EF SET (4-Skill), TOEFL, or CAE.
• Interpretation Certification: You must be able to pass a terminology and interpreter skills evaluation that will be performed during the hiring process.
• Core Skills: Complete mastery of medical and customer service terminology.
• Compliance: Must currently hold, or be willing to obtain, HIPAA and FWA (Fraud, Waste, and Abuse) certifications.
• Background Check: Willingness to successfully complete a standard background check via email.

• Internet Connection: A hardwired Ethernet connection directly to your router is mandatory (Wi-Fi is strictly prohibited).
• Hardware: A high-quality, noise-canceling USB headset.
• Computer Specs: Minimum of Windows 10 OS and 4GB RAM.
• Browser: The latest version of Google Chrome, Apple Safari, or Microsoft Edge.
