On our team, you’ll coach a development team to achieve its highest performance level, while ensuring the team is meeting their PI and sprint goals. You will work on unusually complex problems, introduce leading-edge concepts, and provide highly innovative solutions to your team and key stakeholders. Using tools like Jira and Confluence, you’ll strengthen sustainable process improvements to help your team accomplish sprint planning and reviews. Work with us as we shape systems for the better.What You'll Work On: Collaborate with product owners, engineering leads, and chief architects to ensure backlog quality, clarity, and prioritization.Facilitate sprint ceremonies that produce consistent outcomes. Promote and measure Agile metrics.Collaborate closely with other Scrum teams to align priorities, manage shared resources, and ensure consistent sequencing of work. Gather and document technical and business requirements. Ensure Scrum principles and approaches are understood correctly by the development team and stakeholders maximizing the performance of the team. Coach the Scrum team to apply appropriate processes to create successful products. Foster self-organization and collaborative Scrum team, sheltering the team from outside distractions to keep focus mainly on the agreed sprint goals. Monitor and improve the Scrum process and project progress helping solve impediments in the development process.Join us. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
