Midway Staffing is hiring Assembly Technicians for a growing manufacturing company in Phoenix. Location: Phoenix, AZ Schedule: Monday Friday | 5:00 AM 1:30 PM | Overtime as needed Pay Rate: $20.00/hr Duties: Assemble machinery, electrical equipment, and fabricated metal products. Read and interpret blueprints and schematics. Use hand and power tools to complete assemblies. Perform quality inspections and package finished products. Maintain production records and support daily production goals. Requirements: Ability to read blueprints and schematics. Experience using hand and power tools. Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude. Dependable, team-oriented, and willing to work overtime. High school diploma or equivalent required.
