About the Role Careerscape is supporting a client opening for a Hybrid Entry‑Level Human Resources Generalist. This role focuses on supporting recruitment, employee onboarding, benefits administration, policy compliance, employee relations, and day‑to‑day HR operations in a hybrid work environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is organized, detail‑oriented, and interested in building a career in human resources, employee engagement, or business operations. The Human Resources Generalist will work closely with HR managers, hiring teams, department leaders, and employees to support hiring activities, maintain employee records, coordinate onboarding, assist with benefits administration, and ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations. This role is ideal for candidates interested in human resources, talent acquisition, employee relations, or HR administration. Compensation Salary range: $60,000 - $90,000 per year, based on experience, communication skills, organizational abilities, and client hiring needs. Additional compensation and benefits details will be shared during the hiring process.
