Production Operator – Multiple Shifts
Pay: $16.50 – $18.00/hour
Shifts Available: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd (Could move to 12-hour shifts in October)

Position Summary:
We are seeking dedicated Production Operators to operate automated assembly machines, pack products, and maintain high quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow all safety protocols and departmental guidelines.
• Perform detailed work and adhere to daily production schedules under supervisor direction.
• Operate, learn, and maintain production equipment.
• Identify and pull correct components for manufacturing processes.
• Conduct quality checks to detect defects before passing products along.
• Label products for shipment according to production orders.
• Complete tasks within standard labor time.
• Maintain a clean workspace throughout the shift and at the end of the day.
• Properly shut down equipment after work is completed.
• Follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
• Utilize manual and powered material handling equipment as needed.
• Use test and measuring tools.
• Handle chemicals safely, following all special handling requirements.
• Accurately maintain records.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds (15 pounds overhead) and perform physical activities including bending, twisting, reaching, climbing stairs, and squatting throughout the shift.

Basic Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED or higher.
• Minimum of 1 year of manufacturing experience.
• Must pass background check and drug screen.
