Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dynamic behavioral health team as contractor. In this role, you will lead the development and implementation of individualized behavior intervention plans for children and individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder. Your expertise will drive meaningful progress in clients’ communication, social skills, and daily functioning. You will collaborate closely with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, evidence-based behavioral therapy that transforms lives. Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and diagnostic evaluations to identify client needs and strengths
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans based on applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles
• Collect, analyze, and document data meticulously to track client progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly
• Supervise and reassess RBTs for BACB compententcies 
• Provide direct behavioral therapy sessions for children and individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and medical professionals to ensure consistency across settings and optimize outcomes
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation, records, and reports in compliance with HIPAA regulations and professional standards
• Educate families and team members on behavioral strategies, progress updates, and intervention techniques

Experience

• Certified as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with current certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
• Proven experience delivering behavioral therapy using applied behavior analysis (ABA) methods
• Hands-on experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder
• Familiarity with patient assessment procedures, data collection methods, and medical terminology related to behavioral health
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations governing patient privacy and confidentiality in medical records management
• Experience conducting intake assessments (e.g. VBMAPP) and developing tailored treatment plans in a clinical or educational setting
• Strong understanding of special education practices and working effectively within multidisciplinary teams

Qualifications

• Must hold BCBA certification 
• Must have at least 2 years prior experience
• Must be able to pass background check
• Must have reliable transportation
• Previous experience with Rethink clinical platform is a plus
