Senior Director, Federal Workers' Comp Claims
AIG Claims, Inc.
AIG Claims, Inc. seeks a Director to lead a Federal Workers’ Compensation Claims team. You will guide a group of Claims Examiners, drive best practices, and ensure accurate reserve and cost management across complex WC files.
Ideal candidates have proven claims adjusting experience and extensive leadership in a claims operation, with a focus on policy compliance and customer service delivery. This is an in‑office role supporting our Atlanta operations and in‑person collaboration culture.
