Participants receive classroom training, free technical education and tools, travel and lodging expenses, a stipend, and immediate job placement upon completion. Benefits and Compensation 5 weeks paid classroom training; all travel expenses paid. Free technical education and tools. Full‑time job offer after training with competitive pay.

• 16/hr (or state minimum wage, whichever is greater) + $250 stipend for the first week (taxed).
• 21/hr upon graduation from the first phase of training.

Further training and pay progression available. Predefined pathway for raises. Responsibilities Technicians will use a state‑of‑the‑art mobile service vehicle to perform preventative maintenance and general repairs at customer locations, ensuring fleet vehicles operate efficiently. Requirements Desire to start a career as a Diesel and Trailer Technician. Willingness and ability to study hard for five weeks of full‑time classroom training. Commitment to stay five weeks away from home for training. Strong technical aptitude and passion for fixing vehicles. Ability to operate an iPad. Must be 21 years old to drive the fleet truck. High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required. Background check, driving record check, pre‑employment drug testing and physical examination required.
