Job Overview Engage clients in the lobby to educate and assist with conducting transactions through self‑service resources such as mobile banking, online banking, or ATM. Key Responsibilities Accurately and efficiently process cash transactions for clients. Conduct deep conversations with clients to understand their financial priorities and connect them to appropriate solutions. Execute the bank's risk culture and strive for operational excellence. Build relationships with clients to meet their financial needs. Follow established processes and guidelines, adhering to all applicable laws and regulations. Grow business knowledge and network by partnering with experts in small business, lending, and investments. Manage financial center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls effectively. Desired Qualifications Experience in financial services with knowledge of industry products and solutions. One year of successful sales experience in a salary‑plus‑incentive environment with individual sales goals. Six months of cash handling experience. Bachelor's Degree or business‑related associate’s degree (e.g., business management, business administration, finance).
