Working SupervisorThe Working Supervisor leads production operations on either laser cutting and/or forming lines while actively working as a Production Operator. This role provides hands-on oversight to shift Operators and Product Generalists, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality fabrication in a heavy manufacturing environment. The facility operates advanced machinery, including one flat laser, two tube lasers, and one water jet, along with forklifts, overhead cranes, and related equipment. There is one opening on second shift (2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.) and one opening on third shift (10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m., Sunday through Thursday), with training conducted on first shift (6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.) for up to a couple of months. The work involves standing for extended periods, lifting 50–75 pounds, and working around heavy fabrication processes. Candidates will participate in an interview process prior to hire.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Honey Brook, PA.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $28.00 - $32.00/hr.Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
