The Customer Care Specialist is responsible for ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new customers. This role manages customer account setup and maintenance, supports online ordering systems, and serves as a key point of contact with Network Services. The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm. Pay Range: $20.00 to $20.25 per hour + Bonus Deadline to Apply: August 3, 2026 You Will Communicate with customers and internal Sales teams to verify and update account information Set up, maintain, and update customer accounts in P21 Ensure new customer onboarding is completed accurately and efficiently before launch date Coordinate with cross-functional teams to facilitate timely account setup and support customer needs Collaborate with internal departments on customer-related projects and initiatives Process customer account changes as requested Maintain consistency and accuracy across customer accounts and programs Perform routine audits to identify and correct account or data discrepancies Assist customers with online account access and ordering platform issues Provide training and guidance on customer systems and processes as needed Route Network customer communications and requests to the appropriate internal teams You Have High school diploma, GED, or equivalent 2 years of customer service experience 2 years of data entry experience Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with using other software Excellent communication skills We offer a dynamic environment for our more than 13,000 employees to work, learn, and grow professionally.
