Position Description 6 months assignment Desktop Support Specialist 3 (DSS3) Bill Rate: *** Onsite (Must be within an hour of Wilmington and will have to pay for parking) In person interviews only Category Summary: The Desktop Support Specialist (DSS) supports in-house teams and responding person to helpdesk tickets. Role Description Respond to help desk tickets Work with vendor support contacts to resolve technical problems with desktop computing equipment and software Ensure desktop computers interconnect seamlessly with diverse systems including associated validation systems, computer conferencing systems, and administrative systems. Build and configure new user workstation equipment (PC, desktop image, phone, peripherals, software, user accounts) Troubleshoot basic network, software, and printing problems. Minimum Of 3 Years’ Experience Must have customer service experience #J-18808-Ljbffr Expedite Talent Solutions
