Customer Growth & Engagement Executive

From day one you will be working with an established warm customer base. We have marketing reports from our current campaigns in Active Campaign showing who has opened, clicked, and engaged. That data is yours immediately. You identify who is warm, make the call, write the email, and have genuine, helpful conversations with people who already know Peleman. Strong relationships drive strong results. That customer feedback feeds directly back into the automation. You will build and refine nurturing flows in Active Campaign, creating a continuous loop that gets smarter with every conversation. You will also develop new verticals from the ground up: funeral, estate agency and will writers. Early stage, real opportunity. You will work closely with our UK Customer Engagement Lead and a field sales who handle in-person visits once a lead is qualified. Have a look and feel: What you bring 3 to 5 years in a commercial or marketing role with direct customer contact Hands‑on experience with Klaviyo or a similar email automation platform (Active Campaign experience also welcome) Comfortable connecting and configuring marketing technology, you have done this before Confident on the phone and on video calls, commercially aware without being pushy Strong written communicator with an instinct for what works Organised and structured, able to manage both a build project and a customer pipeline Proactive and curious, you spot what needs doing and you get on with it Experience in or strong knowledge of funeral, estate agency and hospitality is a genuine advantage Happiness at work With us, it’s not just about attracting the best talent, but also about creating a pleasant atmosphere in the workplace.
