Minimum Requirements:
- Associate's degree in physical therapy from an accredited educational program.
- Active Illinois State PTA license required to start the position.
- BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
- Experience in an outpatient clinical setting preferred.
- Flexible schedule availability.
