Customer Service Representative - FT

Salary: $14.00/hour, monthly commission opportunity, shift premium may apply. We’re hiring immediately for airport locations. What You’ll Do Assist customers throughout the rental and return process on the airport lots. Check vehicles and process rentals. Enter information into a handheld device. Process rentals for loyalty customers. Assist customers at exit gates. Check vehicles in at return. Provide professional, friendly customer service to ensure a smooth, efficient, and positive experience for every customer. Basic computer skills (typing, data entry). Effective verbal communication and customer service skills. Customer‑first mindset with a genuine desire to help people and create positive experiences. Strong professionalism, patience, and clear communication. Willingness to work outdoors and stay active. Flexibility to work all shifts. Ability to type, sit, stand, walk, or move throughout the rental lot; enter and exit vehicles for prolonged periods; and drive a variety of vehicles. Minimum 18 years of age and legal authorization to work in the United States. Regular on‑site presence required; not remote. Six months retail or customer service experience in a fast‑paced environment is a bonus.
