Job Description

The Maintenance Tech plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of facility systems through independent troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and timely repairs. This position requires regular travel to multiple sites, including a property in New Berlin, and operates primarily during standard daytime hours.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot system and equipment issues independently
Perform preventive maintenance to minimize downtime
Conduct repairs and emergency repairs as needed
Travel regularly between multiple sites, including the New Berlin property
Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities
