Spherion Vermont is seeking a high‑energy, relationship‑driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our award‑winning, locally‑owned team. You will work hand‑in‑hand with premier clients to craft tailored staffing solutions while sourcing, screening, and interviewing the top talent that keeps our community moving. Responsibilities Client Management & Growth: Manage existing client relationships and drive new business development through onsite visits, lead generation, and spotting new opportunities. Talent Acquisition & Placement: Source, screen, and interview prospective candidates, seamlessly coordinating submissions and landing them in successful and rewarding job opportunities. Own the Process: Drive the talent pipeline from both sides—creatively marketing open jobs to attract top‑tier candidates, and strategically marketing top talent to our clients. Retain & Engage: Oversee employee relations, boost retention strategies, and manage candidate redeployment. Be the Face of Spherion: Network locally to build brand awareness, generate fresh leads, and immerse yourself in the Vermont professional community. Skills Sales experience is a major plus. Education Bachelor’s degree. Experience 1‑4 years of relevant experience. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree and at least three years of professional office experience. Proven success exceeding goals in a fast‑paced, dynamic team environment. Tech‑savvy mindset with the ability to fully leverage modern recruiting tools and processes for maximum productivity. Stellar written and oral communication skills that build instant trust. Pay & Benefits Pay offered will be based on several factors including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. In addition, Spherion offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, prescription, dental, vision, AD&D, and life insurance offerings, short‑term disability, and a 401(k) plan (all benefits are based on eligibility).
