Maintenance Mechanic

Location: Mansfield, OHCleveland-Cliffs, Mansfield Works is currently hiring four (4) Maintenance Mechanics. The Maintenance Mechanic is responsible for keeping the plant operating and required to perform routine maintenance and reactive maintenance.Summary of Responsibilities:Perform preventive maintenanceTroubleshooting and installing mechanical equipmentInstalling mechanical equipmentOther duties as assignedMinimum Qualifications:Two year technical degree or other related experienceAbility to read, understand and follow blueprints, schematics, drawings, work instructions and procedure manualsAbility to read, understand and follow safety information and operating instructionsWork rotating shift work in a 24/7 manufacturing environmentPreferred Qualifications:Welding certificationCleveland-Cliffs Inc. is the largest flat-rolled steel company and the largest iron ore pellet producer in North America.
