Job Overview Position: Charge RN – Labor and Delivery Location: UCHealth UCHlth Anschutz Inpt Pavilion, Aurora, CO, USA Department: Labor and Delivery Work Schedule: Full Time, 72 hours per pay period (2 weeks) Shift: Nights Pay: $40.86 - $63.33 per hour (dependent on experience) Onsite: This is an onsite role with no hybrid or remote option. Minimum Requirements Graduate of an accredited or state board–approved Registered/Professional Nursing program. Must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from an accredited or state board–approved program within three years of assuming the Charge RN position. State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) and Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider. One year of nursing experience. Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification. BLS or CPR card (American Heart Association or American Red Cross) valid through 60 days of hire. Responsibilities Provide top‑scope practice in direct patient care utilizing the nursing process. Value a multidisciplinary team approach to achieve exceptional outcomes. Prioritize wellness, a patient perspective, and evidence‑based practice. Model proficiency by precepting those new to healthcare and/or UCHealth.
