Senior Business Transaction Attorney

Salary: $190,000 - $265,000 per year Job Details We are seeking a Corporate and Business Transactional Attorney to advise clients on entity formation, business startups, corporate matters, and business transactions. Responsibilities Advise clients on entity formation, business startups, corporate governance, and general business matters. Handle business transactions for clients ranging from large corporations to small businesses. Draft, review, and negotiate corporate and transactional documents. Provide practical legal guidance on business operations, transactions, and corporate structuring. Work directly with clients, partners, and attorneys in a collaborative boutique practice group. Support practice development efforts and long term client relationship growth. Manage multiple transactional matters while maintaining strong attention to detail and responsiveness. Collaborate across offices and practice teams to deliver high quality legal service. Qualifications Active and good standing California Bar admission required. Juris Doctor or Master of Laws from an American Bar Association accredited law school required. Senior-level experience advising on entity formation, business startups, corporate matters, and business transactions. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage competing priorities while staying organized and detail oriented. Ability to collaborate effectively in a team focused environment. Interest in practice development, mentorship, and long term professional growth.
