THE OPPORTUNITY
We are seeking a Senior Associate Attorney with 7+ years of litigation experience in general liability and/or professional liability defense to join our San Diego office. In this role, you will take a lead position on complex, high-exposure matters, serve as a primary client contact, and help mentor junior attorneys. This role offers a clear and defined path toward partnership for strong performers.COMPENSATION
Base salary: $175,000 to $220,000 depending on experience Origination bonus (enhanced for senior associates) Objective bonus for hours billed above 1,850BENEFITS
