• HOA Staff Accountant responsible to perform all accounting duties for multiple community associations

Job duties include (but not limited to):

• A/P
• A/R
• Lockbox processing
• Manual processing of homeowner payments
• Unit/lot resale processing / new owner set up
• Financial Statement Preparation
• Owner communications regarding their accounts
• Payroll preparation
• Other office duties as needed

Qualifications: 

• A minimum of 3years of experience in community association accounting (Fund Accounting) or
• Accounting degree and 2 years of experience in community association accounting (Fund Accounting) or 5 years of accounting experience and 2 years of experience in community association accounting (Fund Accounting)
• Strong communication skills including in-person situations such as board meetings
• Strong hardware and software computer skills including all MS Office products - Enumerate Central/Enumerate Engage experience a plus
