Required qualifications include graduation from an accredited nursing program, a valid Missouri RN license or compact license, Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications from the American Heart Association, and at least 2 years of recent high-acuity ICU nursing experience. Recommended skills include strong clinical judgment, adaptability, teamwork, and proficiency with EMR systems. Experience with stroke and trauma patients and professional nursing organization membership is valued.
