This is an opportunity to join a company that is actively modernizing its operations, investing in technology, and building scalable financial processes. This role sits at the core of the accounting function. You will play a key role in maintaining financial accuracy, supporting month‑end close, and contributing to process improvements that impact the broader organization. Key Responsibilities Review daily cash activity and ensure transactions align with expectations Prepare and post journal entries as needed Support transaction processing across accounts payable, accounts receivable, and inventory Assist with monthly close activities, including: Bank reconciliations, prepaids, and accruals Month‑end journal entries Financial statement preparation support Assist with corporate filings, sales tax returns, and compliance‑related reporting Maintain strong knowledge of accounting practices for both book and tax purposes Partner with leadership on internal controls and process improvements Contribute to special projects and broader team initiatives Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field 2+ years of progressive accounting experience Strong understanding of GAAP and core accounting principles Experience with reconciliations, journal entries, and month‑end close High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills #J-18808-Ljbffr The Staff Pad
