We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to support a non-profit organization serving families in Wisconsin. In this role, you will help deliver responsive customer support, handle high-volume calls, and guide individuals through service-related questions with professionalism and care.

Responsibilities:
• Respond to incoming calls from clients and community members, providing accurate information and courteous service
• Make outbound calls as needed to gather details, share updates, and support follow-up communication
• Enter and update client information in internal systems with a high level of accuracy
• Assist individuals with questions about available services, eligibility, and next steps in the process
• Maintain clear documentation of customer interactions, requests, and outcomes
• Coordinate with team members to ensure timely resolution of service issues and client concerns
• Manage a steady volume of phone and administrative tasks while maintaining quality and attention to detail
• Support service delivery efforts that help households address urgent energy-related needs and improve long-term stability• Previous experience in customer service, call center support, or a similar client-facing role
• Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls in a detail-oriented and efficient manner
• Strong data entry and order entry skills with careful attention to accuracy
• Clear verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
