The hours of this position are Monday - Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.Job Summary:We are looking for a Sales Operations Analyst to join our Commercial Excellence team and play a pivotal role in powering our global sales organization. This role sits at the heart of our commercial engine—ensuring the accuracy, visibility, and effectiveness of our sales pipeline while enabling data-driven decision-making across the business.You will work directly with sales leaders and cross-functional teams to transform data into insights, drive discipline in our CRM (HubSpot), and help scale a high-performance commercial organization.Job Description:CRM & Data ManagementOwn the day-to-day management and governance of the CRM systemEnsure the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of pipeline and customer dataSupport sales managers in maintaining high-quality, up-to-date information in the systemIdentify data gaps and drive continuous improvement in CRM usage and disciplineAdapt the CRM system to meet the needs of the businessSales Pipeline & Performance AnalysisMonitor and analyze the commercial pipeline across regions and business unitsTrack pipeline progression, conversion rates, and key sales metricsSupport forecasting processes by providing structured insights and data validationIdentify trends, risks, and opportunities to improve pipeline health and performanceReporting & KPI TrackingDevelop, maintain, and enhance dashboards and reports (weekly, monthly, ad hoc)Create monthly performance reports and other deliverables as requested by leadershipTrack and report on key Commercial Excellence KPIs, ensuring alignment across the organizationTranslate data into clear, actionable insights for sales leadershipOperational Cadence & Commercial GovernanceRun and coordinate key operational cadences (pipeline reviews, forecast updates, performance reviews)Prepare structured inputs and materials for commercial meetingsEnsure consistency and discipline in sales processes and reporting standardsAct as a central point of coordination between Sales, Commercial Excellence, and other functionsSales Team Support & EnablementSupport sales managers and teams in using tools, reports, and processes effectivelyProvide first-line support for CRM and reporting-related queriesAssist in onboarding and training sales teams on tools and best practicesContribute to continuous improvement initiatives across Commercial ExcellenceAdditional duties as assignedSkill Requirements:Strong communication skills and ability to work with diverse, international teamsHigh attention to detail and commitment to data accuracyStrong analytical mindset with the ability to work with data and translate it into insightsBenefits:Aquatech offers a comprehensive benefits package, including paid time off, company-paid holidays, and a 401K plan (all benefits are based on eligibility)Essential Functions:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
