Contract Operations Coordinator

We're hiring a Contract Operations Coordinator to support contract management and data operations. This is a fast-paced role perfect for a detail-oriented professional who thrives on organization and process.

What You'll Do:

  • Validate and update system data related to contracts and delivery timelines.
  • Perform data analysis using Power BI and Excel.
  • Maintain tracking files and ensure data accuracy daily.
  • Support contract preparation and resolve pending information items.
  • Assist Contract Specialists with administrative and reporting tasks.

What We're Looking For:

  • 2+ years of operational coordination or related experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint; Smartsheet a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with data validation, reporting, and contract support.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Quick learner who adapts easily to new processes and software.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred:

  • Associate or Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience.
