Litigation Attorney Albany, GA, US Farah & Farah is a personal injury law firm with a strong record of recovering benefits for its clients across Florida and Georgia. As a Litigation Attorney, you will oversee gathering necessary documents and evidence, prepare demand letters, and negotiate settlement offers. You will work with your team to prepare litigation plans, conduct discovery, and ensure all case aspects meet firm and client expectations. Key Responsibilities: Responsible for all aspects of the Personal Injury case. Evaluate the merits of Personal Injury cases. Provide guidance and counsel to clients through effective communication. Handle medical reviews and negotiate and settle cases as necessary. Maintain strong negotiation and communication skills. Have a firm understanding of Florida Personal Injury law. Manage a large caseload and demonstrate effective leadership skills. Open new files, create litigation plans, and conduct discovery. Minimum Qualifications: Active Georgia Bar License. 5+ years of Personal Injury Litigation Attorney experience. Trial experience is a plus. Possess the leadership skills to build and manage a legal team. Ability to interact with clients during their time of need. Determination to get the best results for our clients and to win cases.
