We are looking for a Clinical Documentation Support Specialist who will play an essential connective role between AndHealth and our partners EHRs. At AndHealth, every care journey involves multiple systems and teamsand thats where you come in. Youll ensure clinical information flows precisely and promptly in both directions, translating real-time updates into clear, accurate documentation while coordinating with providers and staff across organizations. This is not a passive, back-office role; its a frontline opportunity to enable whole-person care across care teams, prevent errors, and make it possible for clinicians to spend more time with patients.
