Club Elevate is seeking a full-time high energy Fitness Sales Coordinator who thrives on connecting with people, creating opportunities, and driving results.
This is a sales-focused role where your success comes from consistent outreach, strong follow-up, and the ability to turn interest into action. If you're motivated by hitting goals, building relationships, and growing your income, you'll do well here.
What You'll Do
- Proactively reach out to prospective members and generate new opportunities
- Follow up with urgency and consistency-no lead left behind
- Build rapport quickly and create interest in the club
- Schedule appointments and drive strong show rates
- Work toward daily and weekly activity and sales targets
- Take ownership of your pipeline and results
What We're Looking For
- Previous sales or customer-facing experience required
- Comfortable making outbound calls and initiating conversations
- Confident communicator across phone, text, and email
- Strong follow-up habits and attention to detail
- Goal-oriented, reliable, and motivated to perform
- Positive energy and a professional presence
