Full-Time Remote Customer Experience Specialist
100% Work from Home l Hiring Immediately l Candidates must reside in Arizona (excluding Flagstaff)

Day-to-Day:
Inbound Support: Deliver empathetic, articulate, and professional assistance to inbound callers across various industries.
Multitasking and Adaptability: Seamlessly switch between unique client protocols, data entry systems, and customized call scripts.
Performance Goals: Meet and exceed core KPI's, including schedule adherence, average call wrap-up times, and Quality Assurance (QA) standards.
Schedules/Hours:
Full-time, 10-hr shifts (4 days on, 3 days off)
Operations run 24/7. Candidate must be able to work at least one weekend day per week and participate in holiday rotations.
Compensation/Benefits:
$16/hr

Tech Requirements to Work from Home:
PC/Laptop running Windows 11 or higher (Chromebooks, Macs/Apple products, and tablets are not compatible).
Dedicated, direct-wired Ethernet connection required (Wi-Fi, cellular hotspots, DSL, satellite, or dial-up services are strictly prohibited as primary connections).
Internet speeds of 50 Mbps Download/10 Mbps Upload.
Professional-grade wired headset with built-in microphone.
Minimum screen resolution of 1600x900 and typing speed of 30WPM
Employees must supply their own compliant hardware during initial onboarding. Upon successful completion of training, Nexa will provide company-issued equipment.
