A well-established and respected residential property management firm is seeking an organized, customer-focused Office Assistant to join its collaborative team. This is a highly visible role you will work closely with property managers, tenants, ownership, and office leadership, providing essential administrative support to keep the office running smoothly.

Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to ownership, the Property Manager, Office Manager, and team members

Assist with daily office operations and back-office administrative functions

Serve as a professional point of contact for tenants, vendors, and visitors

Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and provide outstanding customer service

Prepare correspondence, reports, and other business documents

Maintain files, records, and office systems with accuracy and confidentiality

Assist with scheduling, data entry, and general office coordination

Support special projects and other administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications

2+ years of administrative experience, preferably in property management

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong customer service skills with a professional and friendly demeanor

Positive, can-do attitude and willingness to assist wherever needed

Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail

Self-directed, motivated, and able to prioritize multiple tasks

Strong problem-solving abilities and sound judgment

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

Interest in or passion for San Francisco real estate is a plus
