Associate, Advisor Success

Summary The Advisor Success Associate serves as a trusted resource for financial advisors by providing outstanding service, operational support, and guidance on GVA's products, services, and processes. This role helps advisors navigate day-to-day business needs, resolve issues efficiently, and maximize the value of GVA's platform. Essential Job Functions Serve as a primary point of contact for advisors and their staff. Respond to advisor inquiries regarding operations, technology, products, and firm resources. Build strong relationships through proactive communication and exceptional service. Coordinate with internal departments to resolve advisor issues. Assist advisors with onboarding, transitions, and business growth initiatives. Educate advisors on available tools, technology, and support resources. Track advisor requests to ensure timely follow-up and resolution. Identify opportunities to improve the advisor experience and operational efficiency. Assist with advisor meetings, webinars, and training events. Maintain accurate records and documentation within CRM systems. Participate in special projects and continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications, Experience, and Education Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting, or a related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience. 2+ years of experience in financial services, client service, relationship management, or advisor support. #J-18808-Ljbffr Great Valley Advisor Group
