US Growth Partner - Business Development

Dobby is a **50-person creative services company with a US entity**, helping e-commerce and consumer brands create high-performing product imagery, videos, Amazon A+ content, storefronts, websites and other digital creative.

We’re looking for a smart, entrepreneurial **US-based business development person** who can help us build relationships with brands and grow our presence in the US.

### **What you’ll do**

* Identify and reach out to relevant e-commerce and consumer brands
* Build relationships with founders, marketing teams and Amazon/e-commerce leaders
* Understand client needs and position Dobby’s creative capabilities
* Own opportunities from first conversation through closure
* Help shape our US go-to-market strategy as we grow

### **Who we’re looking for**

* Strong communicator who is comfortable selling and building relationships
* Entrepreneurial, self-driven and resourceful
* Ideally has experience with agencies, e-commerce, Amazon, SaaS or digital services
* Understands the US business environment and how brands buy services
* More interested in **creating something meaningful than simply doing a sales job**
