Shift 6am 2:30pm, Mon-Fri

Job Description:

Seeking a motivated and reliable Hardware Manufacturing Associate to join our fast-paced manufacturing team. This position plays a critical role in supporting the production of instruments and reagents used in hospital and laboratory environments. You will be responsible for aligning, calibrating, and executing a variety of test and assembly tasks while maintaining high quality and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions accurately.
• Assemble components using basic hand tools (experience preferred).
• Read, write, and speak fluent English to understand instructions and complete documentation.
• Execute assembly and testing tasks with minimal supervision.
• Escalate any production or quality issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with FDA QSR, GMP, and ISO standards.
• Participate in lean manufacturing initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment in accordance with company procedures.
• Work cooperatively with cross-functional teams to meet daily and monthly goals.
• Train new team members on equipment and processes as needed.
• Accurately complete documentation and production records.

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 0 2 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or production setting.
• Experience in a regulated industry (e.g., FDA, ISO) preferred.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and follow direction.
