Volt is immediately hiring a 1st Shift Machine Operator in Colorado Springs, Co.

As a Machine Operator you will:

• Set up and operate production machinery in accordance with established procedures and work instructions
• Operate computer-controlled and manually controlled automated equipment
• Select, position, and secure materials and components for production processes
• Monitor machine performance and adjust machine settings to ensure quality and efficiency
• Complete production tasks accurately and within required specifications
• Observe and assist during equipment repairs and maintenance activities performed by Technicians
• Learn and utilize precision measuring tools to verify product quality and specifications
• Perform routine inspections and monitor equipment operation throughout the production process

This is a full-time, temp to hire position .

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM.

Machine Operator candidates must meet the following requirements :

• High School Diploma or GED
• One year of automation, machine operation, manufacturing, or production experience preferred but not required
• Basic computer skills and ability to enter data as required
• Willingness to learn automation processes, equipment operation, and precision measuring tools

Pay for this position is $20.50/hr.

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
