Help shape young lives by supporting students’ academic, social, and emotional well-being as a school psychologist. This full-time, onsite contract opportunity involves working with an elementary caseload, making a real difference in a dynamic school environment. With a steady schedule of 37.5 hours per week, you'll have the chance to provide direct support to students and collaborate with educators and families.
Ideal candidates bring a passion for student advocacy and expertise in assessments, interventions, and consulting. The role will primarily be onsite, with potential to discuss a hybrid arrangement for the right candidate.
Qualifications & Experience:
- State certification/licensure for school psychologists (or eligibility to obtain)
- Master’s or specialist degree in school psychology or related field
- Experience with elementary-aged children preferred
- Strong assessment, counseling, and report-writing skills
- Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration abilities
- Ability to engage, motivate, and inspire elementary students
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychoeducational assessments and interpret results for eligibility and intervention planning
- Provide crisis prevention and intervention services
- Develop and implement academic and behavioral support plans
- Consult with teachers, administrators, and families to promote student success
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multi-disciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all legal and ethical standards
