Job Details Job Level: Entry Level (less than 2 years) Job Type: Full-Time / Regular Years of Experience: 2 – 5 Years Salary: $DOE USD – TBD Job Description We are looking for a responsible, high‑energy, positive, customer‑service driven Assistant Manager. Responsibilities Organize and lead the work shift in the absence or presence of the General or Assistant General Manager. Ensure the highest level of customer service and that all employees provide quality service. Direct all work activity for counter personnel during the shift and provide training and instruction. Assist in the training of new employees. Monitor food preparation, presentation, and customer service to ensure compliance with established standards. Enforce company policies verbally and report any problems or concerns to management. Open and close the restaurant on an as‑needed basis. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum of 1 year of restaurant management experience. Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to lead a team. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
