Remote Sales representative

No industry experience? That's okay. We have a proven training program that teaches you everything you need to know, along with ongoing coaching from experienced leaders who are invested in your success.
What you'll do
As a sales representative, you'll work directly with clients to help them understand and enroll in benefit programs that fit their needs. You'll receive qualified leads, follow a proven sales process, and continue developing your communication and leadership skills through ongoing coaching.
- Meet with clients virtually to review benefit options
- Build trust and provide exceptional customer service
- Follow up with prospective clients
- Learn and apply our proven sales process
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development
- Work toward individual and team performance goals
