Quick Facts Location: 4488 Roslin Road, Newburgh, IN 47630 Start Date: 08/01/2026 End Date/Duration: Ongoing assignment Shift: 8-hour shifts; Saturday & Sunday coverage, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm; rotating schedule of 14 days on/14 days off Hours/week: Approximately 40 hours/week Employment Type: Contract/Bi-weekly rotation Licensure/Certs: Indiana Medical License, Board Certified in Psychiatry (preferred) Experience: Prior inpatient psychiatric experience preferred Pay & Benefits Pay package discussed upon application Benefits include: Competitive hourly pay Weekly pay via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws Robust referral bonus program Licensure, certification, travel reimbursements, and other applicable expenses What You’ll Do Provide psychiatric care to adult patients in a 48-bed licensed facility Conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and manage ongoing care Collaborate with a team of inpatient NPs and other healthcare providers Participate in weekend call coverage during your scheduled rotation Document patient encounters accurately in the EMR system Support the mental health needs of patients with behavioral health issues What You Need MD or DO license in Indiana, with Board Certification in Psychiatry (preferred) Ability to work a 14-day on/14-day off schedule with weekend call Local or willing-to-commute candidate only Experience in adult psychiatric inpatient care Strong communication and teamwork skills About the Assignment Join a thriving inpatient behavioral health facility that values quality and compassionate patient care.
