Key Qualifications:

• Current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
• Experience providing one-on-one or small group behavioral support, ideally within a school setting
• Familiarity with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
• Ability to collect data and document student progress with attention to detail
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with students, staff, and families
• Adaptable and resourceful approach to varied student needs
• Ability to pass background screening and any relevant state requirements

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct behavioral interventions and support to students as outlined in their individualized plans
• Collect and record accurate data on student behaviors and progress
• Assist with developing communication and social skills in students, supporting classroom participation
• Communicate progress and challenges to supervisory BCBA, teachers, and caregivers
• Support a safe, positive classroom environment
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and attend relevant meetings or training sessions
