Position Partnership Executive: Business Advisor & Investment Acquisition About Fusion Growth Partners We are seeking high-level sales executives to sell the opportunity for Residential Real Estate Agents who want to scale their personal production and teams, whether they currently exist or have existed. Fusion Growth Partners is a dynamic business incubator and micro venture capital firm. We identify and invest in small, service-based businesses—particularly individual real estate agents—with a strong track record. Our "Partnership as a Service" model involves investing heavily in their businesses to boost clientele and scale profits. Fusion provides services with a compensation structure designed to accommodate the cash flow needs of real estate agents. With over 300 team members and rapid expansion, we are seeking top talent to penetrate new markets. Fusion's income is primarily generated from a small share of the revenue our partners' businesses generate. We are hiring additional Partnership Executives to support a growing volume of new partnership investments. Your Mission Your Mission as a Partnership Executive: Forge Partnerships, Then Cultivate Growth Your journey begins with an inside sales approach, identifying and acquiring new business investment partnerships. This initial phase is crucial for building your foundation. Initial Focus: Investment / Partner Acquisition (Inside Sales) Your primary responsibility is to qualify potential business candidates and provide a detailed, personal explanation of our investment model. This involves actively reaching out, presenting our services, and engaging in conversations to identify ideal partners. This role is demanding and suited for individuals who want to be challenged and develop their skills as business professionals. Upon proven performance and commitment, you will have opportunities for growth and promotion. Growth & Promotion Opportunities Contract Negotiator – This role is for those exceptional at closing deals. Our sales cycle typically includes two Zoom meetings: an Explanation of Investment and a “Make A Deal” meeting. The top negotiators may run these meetings exclusively and are sometimes called “Heroes.” Our close ratio at this stage is over 50%. Consultant / Business Coach – Build your own book of clients by providing advisory services and coaching agents to maximize the systems we offer. This role requires high-level influence, the ability to guide agents toward actions that benefit their business, strong leadership, and the capacity to articulate concepts clearly. It also requires holding highly driven individuals accountable. Business Advisor & Partnership Management (Consultant Role) – After acquiring partners, you will manage a portfolio as a trusted advisor, focused on partner success and adoption of Fusion’s systems. You will drive the partner experience in partnership with Fusion. Vice President – For leaders who can recruit, train, and mentor other Partnership Executives, with an opportunity to earn an override on all clients under your umbrella. This commission-based, revenue-sharing role typically starts at about $70,000 annually, with potential to reach $250,000+ within the first three years as your book of business expands. Ideal Candidate & Requirements Our Ideal Candidate A polished professional with highly effective communication skills, capable of persuasive but not aggressive selling, comfortable with difficult conversations, and able to present ideas clearly and confidently. The candidate should thrive in sales, be willing to make calls and follow up consistently, and have the discipline to manage their day effectively. Qualifications include the ability to work with strong-willed individuals, and while experience in residential real estate is helpful, it is not required. You must be able to work autonomously with little supervision and be comfortable presenting concepts and ideas.
